Sinopsis: Mientras Mystic Falls se prepara para un festival que se celebra debido al paso de un cometa, Vicki (Kayla Ewell) sigue en el hospital recuperándose del ataque de Damon (Ian Somerhalder). Stefan (Paul Wesley) va al hospital e intenta usar sus habilidades para hacer que Vicki olvide quien la atacó, pero todo se estropea cuando llega Matt (Zach Roerig). Jeremy (Steve R. McQueen) sigue con el tema de las drogas y sus sentimientos hacia Vicki. El señor Tanner (estrella invitada Benjamin Ayres) acude a Jena (Sara Canning) como tutor/profesor para comentarle que Jeremy está en problemas y necesita ayuda. Elena (Nina Dobrev) va a la casa de los Salvatore para hablar con Stefan, pero se encuentra con Damon en vez de con el hermano. Damon le habla sobre la ultima relación de Stefan con una chica llamada Katherine, y cuando Stefan llega a su casa, Elena se asombra de que le moleste verla allí. Mientras, la memoria de Vicki antes del ataque comienza a volver y Damon usa su poder para hacerle olvidar que pasó. Elena se da cuenta de que necesita hablar con Stefan sobre como se siente hacia él y los dos sentencian su primer beso mientras el cometa se ilumina en el cielo de Mystic Falls. Por fin. Damon fija a Caroline (Candice Accola) como su siguiente victima. Katerina Graham y Michel Trevino también aparecen. Marcos Siega dirige el episodio y ha sido escrito por Kevin Williamson y Julie Plec.
