Sinopsis: Elena (Nina Dobrev) intenta ignorar las advertencias de Bonnie (Katerina Graham) sobre Stefan. Tyler (Michael Trevino) intenta avergonzar a Stefan tirándole una pelota de futbol, pero Stefan sin ningún tipo de esfuerzo la controla y la pasa de vuelta, impresionando a todos con su habilidad. Mr. Tanner (Benjamin Ayres) permite a Stefan unirse al equipo a regañadientes. Elena invita a Stefan y a Bonnie a cenar, esperando que los dos se conozcan más, pero el encuentro es interrumpido por un inesperado y no bienvenido Damon (Ian Somerhalder) acompañado de Caroline (Candice Accola). Al final, la ciudad entra en shock por un acto violento.
